Refund policy

Reproductions and non-original products: You may cancel your order within the first 24 hours. After 24 hours a 15% restocking fee will be applied. Returns and exchanges are handled on a case by case basis. We are not liable for any mishandling or failed delivery by the shipping service (USPS or FedEx). Please contact kaitlyncarl.com within 7 days of receiving your artwork. 

 

Original Paintings: All sales of original artwork are final. Orders cancelled within the first 24 hours will incur a 20% restocking & re-marketing fee. Returns or exchanges of original work are not available except under the most extreme circumstances. 

Lawn Ornaments: All lawn ornament sales are final. Orders cancelled within the first 24 hours of purchase will incur a 20% restocking fee. Returns or exchanges of lawn ornaments are not available except under the most extreme circumstances. 

 

Pictures of artwork online are as accurate as possible, and are not changed, enhanced, or altered for website listings. If there is a concern with the coloring being inaccurate, you may view the image on a few different devices to ensure color accuracy. We are not responsible for any misinterpretation of print coloring. We check each print for condition and quality before shipping, so if coloring is inaccurate from the print company, then it doesn’t leave the studio.
